BOOKING POLICY
At DQ Fitness, we are committed to providing a high-quality coaching experience for every member. To ensure fair access to training sessions, effective coach planning, and the best possible member experience, the following booking policy applies to all classes, coaching sessions, assessments, and recovery services.
CLASS & SESSION BOOKINGS
Eligibility
Bookings are available to active DQ Fitness members with a valid membership, package, or service entitlement.
Booking Window

Bookings open up to 7 days in advance.

Bookings close 1 hour before the scheduled session start time.

Availability is subject to capacity limits and coach availability.

Reception Assistance
Members are responsible for ensuring their bookings are correctly confirmed.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Group Training Sessions
To allow other members the opportunity to train, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.
Personal Training, InBody Assessments & Recovery Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations or failure to attend a booked session may result in:

Loss of the booked session

Forfeiture of session credits where applicable

Temporary booking restrictions for repeated offences
DQ Fitness reserves the right to apply additional penalties where necessary to protect availability for all members.
WAITLISTS
If a session reaches capacity:

Members may join the waitlist.

Should a space become available, the next member on the waitlist will automatically be added to the session.

Notifications will be sent via the member app, email, or SMS where applicable.
Members moved from the waitlist remain responsible for cancelling within the applicable cancellation window if they can no longer attend.
ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Arrival Time
Members should arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Late Arrivals
For safety, coaching flow, and respect for other participants, late arrivals may not be permitted to join once a session has commenced.
Check-In
All members must check in upon arrival before participating in any training session, assessment, or recovery service.
MEMBER CONDUCT
To maintain a positive training environment, members are expected to:

Treat coaches, staff, and fellow members with respect.

Follow all coaching instructions and facility guidelines.

Use equipment responsibly and safely.

Maintain appropriate hygiene standards during training sessions.
DQ Fitness reserves the right to refuse participation or suspend booking privileges where conduct compromises the safety or experience of others.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & EMERGENCIES
Members should inform DQ Fitness of any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns that may impact participation.
In the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance preventing attendance, members are encouraged to contact the DQ Fitness team as soon as possible. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
MEMBERSHIP HOLDS & ACCOUNT STATUS
Members with suspended, frozen, or inactive memberships will not be eligible to book or attend sessions until their membership is reactivated.
POLICY CHANGES
DQ Fitness reserves the right to amend or update this Booking Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official DQ Fitness communication channels and will take effect immediately upon publication.
